Fifty unique breakout sessions focused on technical skills, process improvement and business growth, presented by Quick Base staff, users and partners. View the EMPOWER2018 sessions.
There are no breakout session signups. Simply choose a preferred session during each block and show up to attend. If a session is full, you will be asked to pick an alternative. The most popular sessions will be repeated on Thursday during the last two session blocks.
There is not an online/remote option for attendance this year. Breakout sessions will be shared following the conference via Quick Base University, where you can currently access content from past EMPOWER’s.
For the best price we recommend registering early, as we offer three tiers of pricing.
To register multiple attendees from one organization, please use the following steps:
There are two ways to pay – either by credit card or by invoice.
All payments will be processed through MOTIVACTION AWARD PROGRAM.
The suggested attire throughout the conference and evening events is business casual; jeans acceptable.
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is the closest airport to the conference.
Starting January 10, 2018, passengers who have driver’s licenses issued by a state that is not yet compliant with REAL ID and that has not received an extension will need to show an alternative form of acceptable identification for domestic air travel (for example, a passport). Please see TSA’s website for a list of acceptable forms of identification. Passengers who have licenses issued by a state that is compliant (please verify you have the current REAL ID) or that has an extension to become compliant with REAL ID requirements may continue to use their licenses as usual. For a list of states already in compliance or with an extension visit DHS’s REAL ID website. DHS continually updates this list as more states come into compliance or obtain extensions.
The hotel block for EMPOWER attendees is now available. Click here to secure your hotel room. The group room rate is $269 (+ tax) per night.
The unofficial city motto is “Keep Austin Weird” and visitors can enjoy both big city amenities and funky local flavor.
Austin gave birth to the food truck craze – over 2000 operate in the city today; is home to a college football stadium that holds over 100,000 fans (Go Longhorns!); and each night at dusk you can watch 1.5 million bats take flight from their roost beneath South Congress Bridge – just a few blocks from the JW Marriott.
We are thrilled to be hosting our 4th annual Quick Base User Conference in Austin and encourage you to build in some time to explore the city.
Looking for local activities before and after the conference? Austin CVB is your one-stop shop for information.
The education, the networking opportunities, and the synergy that takes place in a few short days can re-energize a company to continue to change with their market and stay in line with the digital world we live in.
