Rick Willett is CEO of Quick Base and serves as chairman of the company’s board of directors.
As a seasoned industry veteran, Rick has a strong track record for leading high-growth organizations and scaling businesses in competitive markets. He brings more than 15 years of experience leading private-equity sponsored companies and currently serves as a senior operating executive for Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.
Previously, Rick was the CEO of Ascend Learning, the leading provider of software and online content solutions that improve the quality and cost of educating healthcare professionals. Prior to Ascend Learning, he was the CEO of NewPage, a $4B manufacturing company, and COO of Teleglobe, a $1.2B software enabled telecom services business. Additionally, Rick had a 12 year career at General Electric where he served as a division CFO and held several general management and engineering leadership roles.
Rick currently serves as the chairman of the board for GetWell Network as well as on the boards of directors for US Acute Care Solutions and Spear Education.
Rick holds an M.B.A. from the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Adam is the Business Operations Manager for the Global Experience Office at Harvard Business School. He has used Quick Base for over three years to manage and centralize all academic programs, data, finances, departmental budgets, and team work plans. When he is not building cool apps and tables in Quick Base, he enjoys traveling the world, teaching fitness classes, and cooking up a storm.
Brandon has been working with Quick Base for the past three years, most recently as a Customer Success Manager. Throughout his time at Quick Base, he has become a trusted adviser to many customers. Manager, Business & Data Analytics at Prime, Buchholz & Associates
Dan Ricci is the Manager of Business & Data Analytics at Prime Buchholz LLC, where he leads three teams responsible for data aggregation and enterprise deployment of technological solutions. He proposed the idea of utilizing Quick Base to solve for shortcomings associated with the software solutions in place at the time. Quick Base is now the backbone of organizational operations and his team is responsible for its long term success. Dan is a CFA charterholder and is pursuing a master’s degree in information systems from Northwestern University.
Born and raised in Florida, but now a proud resident of New England, Jonathan has degrees in economics and technology, and has spent the last 10 years in tech, focused on delivering solutions to really interesting and challenging problems. At Quick Base, he wakes up every morning excited to figure out ways make app building easier, to enable customers to get greater insights from their data and to provide better paths to integrate with other systems.

Throughout her time at Quick Base, she has become a trusted advisor to many customers. She is passionate about helping clients better understand their process and gain efficiencies through data.
Compliance and Information Security Officer at Quick Base
Mike is the Compliance and Information Security Officer at Quick Base. Previous to Quick Base Mike led the Information Security and Compliance programs at Yesware, Acquia, Pearson Higher Education and RiskMetrics and has held management and technical positions at JPMorgan and Time,Inc. Mike earned his B.S. from New York Institute of Technology and has attended postgraduate education at Columbia and Boston University. Mike was certified as a CISSP in 2006 and CCSK in 2013.
Sage is a Quick Base Customer Success Manager, formerly Sales Engineer, proactively consulting with customers to drive continued value with their platform ecosystem and uniquely customized applications. Outside of the office, he enjoys rock climbing, photography, and all things weather & climate related.
Sam Jones has been with Quick Base for over 4 years, and loves finding complex problems to solve. He’s focused on improving the in-app experience of Quick Base. He lives in Arlington, MA, with his wife, son, and far too many comic books.
Scott engages with companies of all sizes in business process improvement and delivering best-in-class software solutions. He has a passion for working with end users and making sure they have the best tools to get the job done right with the highest level of efficiency. He leads the Trinity team in delivering amazing results for their clients.
Shelie McKelvey, Operations Manager, is a seasoned telecommunications leader with Sprint. She has more than 20 yrs experience in various operations management, business development, HR, Training, and project management roles. Shelie is a passionate leader known for developing and implementing forward thinking processes for improving operational performance and driving execution of goals. She has utilized QuickBase in nearly all of her roles to help drive her passion for helping her clients, vendors, or colleagues work smarter instead of harder. Shelie holds a Masters in Project Management from George Washington University and a B.S. In Political Science from Missouri State University.
Tyler Davis works as a Business Analyst with the Quick Base Development Team at Hitachi Vantara where he develops applications, content, and training for Hitachi GSS Operations. He also leads user support and engagement teams, and creates data driven solutions aimed at providing business intelligence to users. Tyler came to Hitachi after working with The Ohio Association of Foodbanks as a Program Manager where he developed agile community based programs for low and middle-income Ohioans.
